It's always funny how they always try to do outdated WW1 tactics but still willing to try out the new "cowardly" modern tactics of tankery, but giving it a more "honorable" spin.Īgain, a very enjoyable and exciting movie. They we're able to save team Hippo too in the second match.Ĭhihatan learns quite quickly from Oorai, thanks to Fukuda keeping airheaded Nishi and hot-headed other girls in check.

The MVP of the match today is Sodoko's Mallards, they're the first one to notice the ambush in the first movie and now they sow havok in the second film. Hopefully they would do well in the next movie. It shows their lack experience, much like Anteater team was in final episodes of the TV. Sadly, Shark team did'nt do to well in this episode. Her acrobatic skills are nothing to sneeze at. We see more that Marie is the glue that keep peace with the two opposing factions of BC freedom. It's quite refreshing as we get to know more of these characters than the main team, who we are now quite familiar now. We see the battle in their eyes more so than from the Oorai girls.
We follow through BC and Chihatan as they go about their plan. I like how in both BC freedom and the Chihatan match we are more focused on the opponents characters, not Oorai. Even with fast rushing action and dizzying surroundings one doesn't feel confused of the narrative and can easily catch the storyline, a sign of good directing and filmaking. I only saw one character from the Polish team.īoth of main matches deals with aspect of being lost in a maze and the team that can use their surroundigs to their advantage is the winner. Haven't shown any character from team Viking, which is a shame. With Spain big-breasted team versus team Saunder's, it's Kay's killer thigh's the winner. Like the Koala team with their khaki Outback uniform makes me wonder if they really listen to that silent Koala as their team captain. Some of them needs to be fully introduced. The second film is more action heavy than the first, having 2 matches in one film with short glimpses of the other school teams matches against other school team. Let's just hope won't take that long for the third fim to come out. It's been nearly 2 years since the first film, and I must say it's worth the wait. Finding themselves between a rock and a hard place, Ooarai must claw their way out to claim another comeback victory and keep their championship hopes alive. Having learned from the first round to not underestimate their enemies, Ooarai slowly approaches their opponent on the thick jungle battlefield.ĭespite their best attempts to be cautious, Ooarai is immediately put in a difficult situation as Chi-Ha-Tan employs several new strategies devised by Haru Fukuda. Meanwhile, the second round of the tournament has started, and Ooarai now has to face Chi-Ha-Tan Academy. After discovering that Momo Kawashima is taking care of her family while studying for the university entrance exams, the rest of the Ooarai team become more determined to win the Winter Continuous Track Cup for the sake of Momo and her family. Following their victory, the Ooarai girls decide to take a break before the next round.
Despite having the upper hand, BC Freedom High School suffers a thorough defeat at the hands of Ooarai Girls Academy.
